Fun needle game that derives its difficulty from the lack of save points. It's pretty simplistic, having a handful of generic jumps and only using some of the most basic gimmicks (Water and platform jumps), but the gimmicks are well used and the jumps don't feel repetitive at all. It does suffer of lack of individual save balance, though, as most saves focus their difficulty on a small portion of their jumps, but even these jumps leave some room for mistake, so the challenge comes from just keeping your focus for long sections of platforming, which is appropriate. The game is pretty short too, which is good, since some saves can be rather grindy. The end of the last save is just atrocious, though, no "but"s.
The other difficulties aren't really as appealing to play. "Nerfed" is pretty unbalanced, and "Para" is an obvious meme. If you want to play it, I'd say that "Intended" is the only difficulty to go. The visuals are simplistic, but nice, and the music is nice too. I feel jebaited because there wasn't any potato at the end of the game.
I enjoyed most of it. Would recommend.

If you like long saves, great needle and nice calming music, you have to play this game. Can't think of a better way to spend a nice comfy evening.

Mediocre needle game that features longer saves.
It just didn't seem all that interesting to me, its just standard needle but dragged out over multiple smallish screens. I can see people enjoying this, so still might wanna give this a try.

Harvest the Potato is a pleasant little needle game focused primarily on long saves. The general jump difficulty never peaks too high, although there are a couple saves that feel longer than others and overall more problematic.
The visuals are very comfy, with a nice spotlight effect in the introduction leading into some simplistic and pleasing colours in the main segment. There aren't a whole lot of gimmicks, with water and platforms making a few appearances. I particularly liked the moving water segment, although maybe my bias towards moving water-rides in needle is showing through.
If you're into long saves then you'll probably enjoy this. There are also other difficulties which likely add more saves, although I didn't experiment with them enough to comment.
