Incredible puzzle adventure game with a sort of main hub area that I thought was really neat. Very fun, semi challenging puzzles dropped in all over the place. The final boss was a massive difficulty spike however, and in my humble opinion, was a complete trash fire. That tried extremely hard to ruin my entire experience. Didn't work, but I absolutely hated it.

Played this for FSR.
One of the best adventure games ever made, the level design is some of the best I've ever seen and even beats a lot of professionally made games. It's more puzzle heavy, but it stays pretty simple. I didn't like every gimmick, but overall the game is just very well produced and was never a chore to play. Incredible boss design as well with the final bosses being really good. Incredible improvement over the inspiration see the moon, which in comparison is an awful game. Good job Denferok and yes I will play Explore the Mountains thank you.

An amazing follow up to I wanna see the moon (a great game in it's own right). This is an adventure fangame where you move around the map to collect pieces to build a rocket. It has exploration in it, so expect to do a bit of backtracking if you do things a little out of order. The production value is incredible throughout the game (some of the best I've seen). All of the different stages have different gimmicks and all of them feel very balanced, although they can work your brain out pretty hard at times. The bosses in this game are never too hard but still feel interesting. Perhaps the best part about this game is the final boss segment. Although the visuals on one part were a bit challenging, all of the attacks were varied and made for a great end to the game. Overall, this is one of the most complete feeling fangames I've played and really is a must play for the discerning fangamer.
