It seems a lot of people that play this don't really get the joke. That's fine. You don't have to find it funny but I figure that I should at least clarify the jokes in it.
Let me start by saying that this is harmless and not directed towards anybody in any malicious way and you should not get offended by its existence.
The room in the game is a reference to Lonk's clear of K3 Leehe area. It's become a meme in quite a few Discord servers that Lonk savehacked to start the save on top of the 4.5 ledge because there's nothing challenging about a 4.5 ledge. It's only to waste your time. Still it's been a long time running joke that manifested itself with this game. This is why the platforming is like this.
Why is Sans here? Well because Sans is a funny meme and for some reason it was intertwined into this game.
Fortnite. The Fortnite title card was made by Jrocker for meme purposes aside from this game. The background is also just some random screenshot.
Title Screen: The title screen word is practically unreadable but it says undertale. The model is of a skeleton costume of a certain fortnite character. Skeleton = Sans. Got it? Good.
Why does this exist? Lonk, Joshua Boring, and a few others were meming around on Discord as per usual when they randomly decided to make a dumb meme game like this. Josh did the coding and Lonk made most of the ideas. They attached the maker to just Lonk because Lonk has been inactive in fangames for around like 2 years so it adds to the irony.
You don't have to like the game or find it funny but it is allowed to exist on the wiki and one meme game will not ruin or kill fangames as a whole. Have fun and that's all.

This game epitomizes everything about the word cancer and the fact that this was made as a 'joke' game really speaks volumes about the direction we're going as creators. I'm completely serious, this is quite literally cancer in it's purest form.
