Gimmick needle game with catharsis water, made for the first Jiujiu Cup (game-making event in the Chinese community).
There are small bugs caused by my poor coding ability, but they have little effect on the normal game-playing.
P.S. This project started before Weirdle 3, so it's still yuuutu-based gm8 engine.

What a creative game. So many creative uses of gimmicks.
The ability to put down saves in Stage 1 made for some pretty comfortable needle. Stage 2 had really creative usage of toggle spikes. Stage 3, although long, was really chill trigger needle. Stage 4 was a little overwhelming at first, but I ended up really enjoying the gimmick.
There are a few rough patches, specifically Stage 5 (long save with a few funny jumps in it) and extra 1 (it was kinda jarring going from the ability to put down saves in the og stage but then getting dabbed on by long save with really annoying jumps near the end).

I Wanna Hydrate capitalizes on catharsis water in ways that I never thought possible and remains original and intelligently designed from beginning to end. The aesthetic is gorgeous, utilizing a combination of heavenly music and pristine visuals giving this sense of peace that I've rarely felt before in a needle game, Phonotransmitter being the example which comes to mind. What is particularly impressive is its dedication to catharsis water as the core aspect of its design. There are a few other gimmicks, but they're all used in conjunction with catharsis water, showing off just how versatile this mainstay of gimmick design continues to be despite how many years it has been since its conception.

Creative game focused on catharsis water. All the stages use it in a new cool way, the final stage being a cool climax using everything the game built previously. About extra, 1 was a bit annoying but the others were cool, however I don't understand why your reward has to be NSFW pictures especially when the game constently give a sort of holy immaculate atmosphere.
