This is a continuation of the previous game this creator has made ("He's looking you"). I have no idea why this was uploaded as a separate .exe rather than included in the previous game right away. Also, just like the previous game, there is no DBGHELP or gmsched included and Windows Defender falsely recognizes it as a virus.
The game itself consists of you going through a tower of 1-block gap jumps and F-jumps *three times* before arriving at what I think is supposed to be the end screen. There doesn't seem to be anything else in the game, so there is that. Just like the first game, it still doesn't feel like a cohesive experience at all.
When making a game, especially what aspires to be "story-based" like this, what I would personally advice is planning out in advance and including the complete story arc you want to make into one cohesive project, instead of splitting it into several smaller .exe's which don't make sense by themselves. Especially if it's a small project like this and including all of the content into one project is a very easy task to do. Otherwise you'll end up with something like this.

Are you trying to create a terrible atmosphere with weirdcore style pictures? Well, I admit that these background pictures in the game really scare me, but for me who like this style, the game is too short. I'm not very satisfied. I hope you can do a longer process next time, okay?
