This is probably the best-case scenario for a basically vanilla needle game. Does some pretty cool things without overstaying its welcome by having the saves all be short enough. The only issue I see is that I feel having the fruit animation tutorial sign is a bit weird as the game wouldn't do great as an introductory game for relatively newer players (especially since it's used only the one time, which is probably a good thing lol).
Knowing the maker has other grander things in the works, I would say this is a nice sampler for what could be to come.

Fun beginner challenge vanilla needle game with a focus on non-generic jumps. It also teaches some obscure techniques. Naisu!!

very fun needle game, didn't have any super annoying parts. the cherry water regrab jump is probably the hardest jump in the game, but it wasn't too bad.

Great style; fun and chill needle (except from that jump where you have to regrab water from both sides and it has a cherry in the middle -- ew). I also love vine jank, so the few saves where that was present were a treat.

Rating based on... both difficulties, I guess. All Tenacity (hard) does is remove saves; I actually got less deaths playing through it after Innocence (medium), as I was already familiar with the game.
Short, standard needle with nothing really standout, but nothing offensive. It goes quickly and smoothly. Newer players would probably get more out of it than I did. (tbh the vine jank is the most interesting part)
As with other games on this engine, set Left+Right Mode to "Stay" in the options to make vines behave like you're used to.
