FangameGuesser is the fangame equivalent of the whimsical spinoff guessing games that originate from Geoguessr. You're given a single image (or a modified image) and the goal is to identify where in the fangame world you are aka what game it is - but given the daunting task this is, even if you're not sure exactly you're rewarded for how similar a game you can name. Features online lobbies and constantly updating data (feel free to submit your own screenshots!)
As all data is server-side, this does require being online to play.
Update 1/4/23:
Added single keypress to continue in singleplayer.
Changed timelimit from a dropdown to an enterable value.
Saves game settings between single player games in the same session.
Fixed a couple crashes.
Search now prioritizes an exact match so short game names/games whose names fit into others are more easily found/selected.
Clarified some text strings.

This is easily one of the best multiplayer experiences to release on the website, especially because you can have a large number of players and it doesn't rely on your actual skill ability in fangame performance. It's especially good for streamers if they want to run some quick Jackbox-style game with their chat, you can invite everyone into a lobby and just have some quick fun. It's also great to pull out solo as well when you just want something quick to play.
I hope to see this game become a huge thing in the community, because it's definitely worth keeping around.

Previous review is now obsolete. Fun game, would recommend for a bunch of runs.
Old review:
Kind of fun, but current version crashes if you choose the uncommon game type. Also could really use custom time limit or 20 second mode since 10 is too little and 30 is too much. Would also be nice if your settings of choice wouldn't reset, since you have to readjust setting after each run

It's a really neat and creative concept. It's good to spend time with some friends for a little bit to have some fun, sadly it gets old a bit fast but it's not a big deal
