It definitely feels weird clearing Freezemind before even knowing about the existence of Burnmind. I guess that's what being a relatively new fangamer does to you.
Anyways, like many other people have said, this game is not for everyone. If you hate gimmicks, and/or visual challenges, avoid this game at all costs. It was not made for people like you in mind and you will NOT enjoy it. With that being said, though, I absolutely loved every second of this game. Some of the stages, while yes, are just shader spam, more often than not they don't stick around for very long at all; which is what I also think this game does well: there are no random difficulty spikes which makes every stage fun to play. I was done with each stage in around 10-30 mins, making them good spots to quit the game and come back to as bite-sized pieces of gameplay.
I will say the final boss is very underwhelming though! Definitely expected the buildup to something a bit more. All in all, HIGHLY recommend for those seeking something different from your standard adventure, avoidance, or needle.

Platformer with really weird and floaty physics and lots of little bugs with them that make for a really obnoxious experience. Bonking your head stops you, sometimes you get stuck in the ground, sometimes your double jump disappears, and a few others. Game also has cycles which do not restart, which is not inherently bad, but in this game where its mostly platforms you need to complete stages, it is pretty bad.
The game just closed abruptly after clearing World 4 so I will just assume that is a clear (even though screenshots in GameJolt prove otherwise probably)

Very generic needle, although it's definitely not unpleasant, there's just very few things in this game which stand out. Still it has some comedic value and it's a fun "shut your brain off" needle game if you want that kind of thing.

For: I Wanna Traverse The Seven Aspects
Really really fun! The areas don't feel that connected, but it wasn't really an issue. All of them are super well made and enjoyable despite being so different.
Highly recommend this and all of the other incredible games to come out of the tourney.
