The design of the saves in this game is incredibly strong, especially in the beginning of the game. Saves 1-11 are all really good, especially 6 and 8, which have some really satisfying jumps that feel amazing to pull off. I also just think there's some good creativity with the usage of vines. water and platforms, making for some pretty neat pathing. The game then takes a pretty harsh turn in save 12, where the difficulty spikes massively and the game takes a shift from a kinda chill game to a brutal test in precision. Save 12 is extremely confusing and can feel so bizarre to play because of how specific your jumps need to be for it to work, but once I understood it I enjoyed it. Saves 14 is the other big standout here and I think this save is great, of the three hard ones in this game (12, 13, and 14) it was definitely my favorite, I just really like this jump and think it feels great to pull off. Really the only downside this game has for me is the final save, which is kinda annoying, but the rest is nearly perfect to me, I think this game is super well made and I think it's a must play for precision needle fans.

fantastic needle game, every save holds up to this day and is really really fun. perfect difficulty and perfect length. along with the needle itself, I love the visuals and the general theme as well, it really has the vibe you'd expect from a game called "I wanna be the Nightmare". this game is often overlooked, which is quite a shame since it's really fun and well-made. not a single jump in this game I'd call unfun or unoriginal, there isn't like any notably difficult named jumps to speak of in this entire game

what was the idea behind the whole "lol you missed something!" to reach EX? you're supposed to go off-screen, find some random red trigger, go across some invisible blocks, do some offscreen jumps, then do a rather difficult water maneuver to collect some barely visible yellow crystal, then go into the warp. now you can finally access extra.
other than that, the game is generally fun. you can tell towards the end of main game the creator was sort of running out of ideas and just started throwing in whatever. saves aren't too long and are generally easy. overall very fun game, same goes for EX
