If you read TTBB's review, then yeah the unintended skip has been fixed as of v1.01, making that one pattern sequence a big problem I had with this avoidance. To make things worse, you are also forced to beat that part in less than 3 hits, which is one of the worst skill checks I have ever seen, considering the rest of avoidance is chill. Though that said, the avoidance itself still looks incredible, and the song is a banger - these reasons alone motivated me enough to beat it.
And you know what? I think the good points actually completely overthrow the bad ones, so I'm gonna favorite this game.
