technically should be safe, since using 7zip to unzip the self-extractor exe (standard result of the "compile as exe" option in GMS1) shows up no detections on virustotal (except gmsched having 1 detection, but that seems to happen with gmsched always), as opposed to the raw self-extractor triggering tons of them.
so very likely to be just another case of antivirus being hypersensitive towards the self-extractor.
(not that I actually bothered to test running it)

An absolutely brilliant must-play for pattern avoidance players like me. The patterns were really fun to learn and execute and the visuals are both innovative and beautiful. The rough RNG at the end I actually didn't mind this time, because in a way it forces you to really learn the patterns so you don't just end up fluking.
Now I do have a small issue with this avoidance and that's that there is exactly 2.5 seconds of nothing happening at the start. As you progress through the avoidance you won't notice this anymore, but when you're starting it and restarting a ton, you'll definitely notice it. In 100 attempts, this adds up to 4 whole minutes of the player doing absolutely nothing! I know this is an extremely small nitpick but I think its always good to reach for perfection. In this case, there is 2.5 seconds of nothing because the mp3 file has 2.5 seconds of silence at the start, so you should cut that part out using a music file editing software like Audacity (idk if that's available in China, but there's probably an equivalent). This will make the starting phases of learning this avoidance a little more tolerable imo.
