This review is based on a 100% clear.
Adventure game with a lot of content, some people use the term needleventure but I don't like that term because to me "needleventure" is just an adventure game with hard platforming which is most hard adventure games. The platforming itself is pretty smooth and nice, it's very well balanced and has a good difficulty curve, but the bosses kinda break that curve, particularly the avoidances. The bosses felt pretty easy for the most part, but the avoidances all felt like difficulty spikes, which is fine because they were pretty fun but it's a bit odd to me. This made the game feel a little bumpy in some areas, but that's not a big deal really. This is the kind of game which is just consistently enjoyable, which I value. It's not mindblowing, and I wouldn't call it a personal favorite, but there's lots of effort and really no bad parts. Solid game.
Update after doing 100%: I don't think the extra content is super worth it, especially the bosses I found kinda annoying. It's bonus stuff so it doesn't affect my rating but it's worth noting since it does exist. Still an enjoyable game though.
