For: Not Another Magic Tower Game
An extremely interesting take on IWBTG fangames, which ended up creating a very unique experience. It's nice to play a fangame that doesn't truly force you to suffer through really hard parts if you don't want to - you can almost always choose to take damage or to skip a certain section if you really need to.
Of course, the game never holds your hand and if you get a little too carefree, you will basically get softlocked. Some may view this as a complaint, however, after playing some other magic tower games (since this game also made me find out about them) I view it more as something you must accept. If you mess up, yes, you'll have to restart the entire game, but you can come back and you won't struggle as much as you think. I've played this game 5 times now:
First run - gave up at yaranaika
Second run - gave up at 9f
Third run - gave up at bad ending
Fourth run - messed up early
Fifth run - got true ending
Was I dissapointed that I couldn't proceed in those earlier runs? Sure, but I took a break and came back, thinking more, saving more keys and getting hit less. In my final run, I took 0 hits and I think I only missed out on saving one yellow key. Going from this little kid to killing the tower lead was a fantastic experience that I had no problem replaying and slowly getting better over years of playing other fangames, eventually becoming good enough to beat this, has been an experience I won't forget.
Of course, the bosses were mostly interesting (Faro and Fashiliu are just ok), the enemies were mostly fun (why is Super FASF in the game) and the soundtrack always kept me going, but that has probably been mentioned in other reviews already.
In conclusion, amazing game. It is not for everyone and you must be able to accept that you may not win, but as the readme says, that's what the magic tower is. Shame the game is still unfinished though.

A game that seems to be around a Argentina youtuber.
It's a fairly standard trap game followed by an avoidance that seems to lag for some reason.
The only interesting thing about the game is wondering what all these references at the end are from.

Takes me back to when I was playing the original IWBTG in high school 15 years ago. It's not really an IWBTG fangame, per se, but it perfectly captures the spirit of troll games new and old while remaining accessible to players of all skill levels. It even manages to have bosses that don't have atrocious amounts of HP. What more could you ask for?
