This game was published on Turret's blog, having this link: http://me2.do/5DWweMTo . It was broken as of 2020, so it is unknown for how long this game was available.
There was also 1 single video of this game, hosted here: https://blog.naver.com/oce000/140180888240
Here is what was known: the video was published before 2013/08/18 (the date when '흔한 탄막' video was published). The game had similar loading screen like 'I wanna be the Unknown' (by Turret) visual wise, gameplay wise and I believe even main character sprite was from that game?
The main content was an avoidance, the colour was sky blue, but the platforms kind of reminded me of this boss: https://youtu.be/faMmejZUCJI?t=168, having same structure, and boss being on the right.
The difference is that the soundtrack was different, but it was some cover using '구구' Happil meme.
It is hard to remember what was the song, and if it was some known cover or some niche one (like the one from 'I Don't Wanna Be The Gay')
If this had to more recognized soundtrack, then I would propose 2 theories:

The first one is based on the fact that pronunciation is identical to how the game pronounces '구구' and the second one just seems kind of familiar for some reason, but it could be unrelated.
However, some of the covers are really hard to find, so being 100% is impossible unless someone has very vivid memories of the song.
Since this game was public, it is hard to prove whether this game is truly lost or not.
