An enjoyable 100-floor game that felt like it was a great introduction to fangame beginners. The level design and difficulty curve felt pretty solid throughout, without having any specific moment to give anybody trouble. The game felt like some of the old Conquer the Blow games pattern though, with a few similarities here and there, but Rubber Trap feels like it separates itself from the Conquer the Blow series with its differences. Definitely a great game to introduce newbie fangamers to!

Rating based up to the third boss.
From what I played, I enjoyed this game somewhat. Some of the screen picks felt like they were just crammed in with tough jumps to make them somewhat annoying to play through (the second screen of Blue Sky and the Hell Kid screen felt that way the most to me). The same could be said of the bosses, too. Most of the time, they felt like they were just RNG spams to the point where some attacks became impossible.
An interesting medley game that feels like it needs balancing issues here and there. Fun in some portions, but a weird challenge in others.
