Fun, short, easy needle game. Good for beginners. Having some knowledge on how to do specific jumps helps a ton. Also I adore the block design in the third stage.

Really good game, kinda in the style of sudoku but at the same time I feel that's insulting to the game. While the game seems to have less quality overall, it completely rises up thanks to the fun factor. Every stage has different gimmicks, platforming and bosses, making them really unique.
Maybe one tiny complaint is that dying on the pikmin stage really hurts because it has long saves. I personally didn't have much trouble with it (since the difficulty is pretty accesible) but I can see that being a problem to some people. Also some quirky invisible blocks, but maker didn't go overboard with their placement.
Again, I don't know if sudoku-style was the inspiration of this game, considering who the maker is, but I hope more of those games aim to be this creative, it's my favorite part of the genre. If that isn't the inspiration, it's still poggers.

Fun proof-of-concept needle where screen transitions flip the stage (Not just the screen) like a cube. It's kinda complex, even for a short needle game like this, so the possibilities for a full-fledged game are endless. According to the readme, there are multiple ways of clearing the game, but I don't think there's any easier path than the one I took, so the difficulty rating should still be accurate. Interesting jumps, nice visuals, nice music. Difficulty curve feels unbalanced, but it's hard to tell.
It's an interesting concept showcased by a simplistic, but fun needle game. Would recommend.

Fun needle inspired by the likes of Hades. Features interesting, relatively precise jumps and acceptable difficulty balance, with the short amount of screens, stone-like tilesets and gradient background that characterize hades-like fangames. Music choice is nice, and the death sound isn't too loud, I guess. Only bad thing is the save with three diamonds, a little bit of pointless walking and a choke jump, and even that save wasn't that bad (Or maybe I'm just in a good mood, who knows).
It's just a fun, short needle game that does nearly nothing wrong. Would recommend.

Rating based on the easy mode.
Brilliant trap game that pushes standards for the genre to the next level by combining them with puzzle elements. As the title implies, it's a game centered around various types of slimes and their associated mechanics. Every save will read through you, then force you to read through it, making you grow new synapses with every bit of progress. As for the traps, they are everything you'd expect from a high production trap game, and more. For many trap games, it's the way the traps are combined to design a save that makes them great. Here, however, every trap is individually brilliant.
The visuals and music choices are adorable. They also match the game very well, specially due to the complementary visual and sound effects. The game also features a multitude of minor details (Many of which I don't want to mention because spoilers) that make all the difference. In fact, you can already tell from the difficulty selection screen that the game is going to be great.
As for the difficulty rating, it's hard to specify. I find it hard to rate puzzle games in general, and the peak of this game's difficulty is definitely its puzzle elements. And finally, if you're wondering about the 9.9, it's just the length. With the way this game is designed, it could easily have four or five times its length and still not feel repetitive or boring in any way (Of course, it would take forty or fifty times the work as well). In fact, I was torn between a 10 and a 9.9 because, while the game feels a little too short, it does display a fair amount of variety. If there was a 9.95 rating, I would probably use it instead.
I don't believe you need a galaxy brain to beat this game, but you definitely need one to come up with a game like this. It's simply brilliant, and I highly recommend it.

Cute and enjoyable trap game with some of the best production value I've seen in a while. Some of the saves took considerably more trial and error than others, but the solutions were never too abstract that I felt completely stuck. The traps were clever and varied, and the overall pacing felt good. Very refreshing to play, would recommend to anyone.
