A barrage made for the VengeCup tournament. Short and not very hard. It was made under assumption that a very skilled player would be able to beat it in under an hour (blue ended up needing half that time).

pretty nice choice of music, quite a handful of unique jumps. Save placements feel fair.
Game just feels a little bit short.

Rating based on general quality of the game, not my enjoyment of it.
I don't really need to go into detail about what this game is, as everyone and their entire family already has. So I'll just give my opinion in a vague way as to not spoil what anything in the game is.
This game is for a broad demographic of people, but unfortunately I didn't fall in there. I think as a game it's pretty fuckin good, but sadly it just wasn't my kind of game. This game made me realize how terrible I am at puzzles. The game's readme says it's a 45 difficulty, but I disagree mostly because of the final few stages. The bosses were overall pretty average. They weren't insanely difficult, but a couple of theme were definitely harder than others by a fair margin (especially the final bosses.) There were a lot of segments to me that felt super tedious and way longer than necessary. I don't want to go into detail since the game is brand new, but I'm sure it's not hard to tell what I mean when I say this if you've played the game yourself.
That said, if puzzles are your thing, this game is probably for you. The visuals are really nice, the soundtrack has some bops, and it's not super short.
Personal enjoyment rating: 45-55 / 100.

Solid fangame, challenging and satisfying to play. Great visuals and variety throughout each stage. Really enjoyed the golf segment, and I loved the music in the final world.

Clear except the avoidance.
This is a game I feel like I should dislike, as the needle is simplistic with a lot of named jump (plus corner spam) and the first two stages are just needle so easy you can probably get past stage 1 deathless, but somehow I still enjoyed it. Thanks in part to the great music, I didn't mind sitting down and beating the game. That said, I have one major issue that I really can't overlook: The last save is BALLS hard. Way harder than the rest of the needle. I spent 2 hours getting to the last save and then 2 hours beating it, and if I had choked at the 16px a few times, that could easily be 4, 5, 6 hours. The save isn't particularly fun, either, it's just really precise. A huge, unfun difficulty spike that takes as long as the rest of the needle combined. No, thank you. The screen became legendary and is really popular, so I don't know if I can really criticize it too much, but personally, I just did not have fun with it.
As for the avoidance, I'm not an avoidance guy, so I didn't even play it for more than a few minutes. I would definitely get frustrated with the sphere and its general length, but I won't dock off points for it because avoidances are not for me.
P.S. The outline kid sprite flashes back to normal kid sprite for one frame every time the kid double jumps, and it's actually pretty distracting. Nothing major, but not a positive thing.
