Not that average at all.
I actually liked the first boss, although I usually don't like the gimmick it uses. I won't even comment on the second one, and the third one had one particular attack which could RNG-wall you, but it was just one, everything else was fair. Aside from its HP, of course.
The stages are...Interesting at first glance, but the traps get repetitive quickly (Some are well-made, but after a while you can easily guess what's going to happen next for the most part). There's one medley stage with no traps (And as a fellow medley stage, it had to have the famous GB screen).
Visuals are nice, but the musics aren't anything special, and they restart. My experience with this game was quite a bit more meh than I expected. The only fun stages were the third one (World's Hardest Game music, nice visuals and overall well-designed) and the seventh one (Last stage, features all the gimmicks from the previous ones used in different ways, most saves have the right amount of traps, and there are more unpredictable traps than the usual. Fourth one was too much of a breeze to be enjoyed, and the other ones got repetitive too quickly, just more of the same with different visuals.
Not sure if I would recommend.

It's basically impossible to die in the first 2 stages, but they do look pretty decent then the next 2 are a tiny bit more difficult, but ugly as hell. No bosses and too easy to be worth playing.

I want to defend this game. Yes, it's an ugly and infuriating mess. However, I believe that is the intended effect and there is a lot more to it than meets the eye. It's an arcane tomb protected by chaos, designed to keep you out. I do think the creator took the idea too far, assuming players would have the patience to find its bizarre loopholes without any production value to lean on. But the scope and underlying structure are kind of incredible and I respect it for that. What it seems to lack in common sense it makes up for in vision. I'm not saying you should play it. It is painful. But I honestly appreciate it. So there.

A pretty long game with mediocre production value. There are some interesting parts to it, but there's a lot of traps and the bosses are some weird "shoot the targets" thing. The final boss has way too much RNG and HP to be even fun. There's a secret final boss that's terrible, and the game has no ending at all.

Has a couple jump sequences recycled from its prequel. It's fairly easier than the first one overall, but has one particularly tough jump at the last screen. Still has a good music, and the visuals aren't as bad as in the first one. The difficulty curve is sloppier, though.
Would still not recommend, it's not really catchy.
