This is literally Kamilia 3, i don't know what else to tell you. its so fucking obvious when it uses blow game 3 as the secret stage area and makes you do it backwards to go get to it (wow, just like in Kamilia 3) i mean, i could go on how much this copies off it but you can read the other reviews instead. The only good thing i can say is that it isn't as hard as Kamilia 3. Its difficulty curve is somewhat existent.

From what I can see this is an amazing game definitely worth a go. I kinda look at it like a better k3 :P. There are a few crashing and save bugs but its phenomenal otherwise.

Everyone is talking how it's a k3 clone, but not talking about what kind of content the game actually offers.

Clone stuff aside, the game actually tries to be harder than the one from which it copies the homework - Kamilia 3, and succeeds at doing so, sadly in the worst way possible, but we'll get there.

First up we have to boss rush segment, which is actually quite a bit different compared to k3 - this one has no rz-like screens! That said, one certain ives save compensates for that. Stage 4 overall is pretty rough too, with all the ceiling double diamond spam, which makes this segment harder than k3. Though I will admit - the other stages really feel like they have more variety in comparison, especially with all the gimmicks and stuff.

Moving to boss rush, this is literally hell which makes k3 one look like a joke. If in kamilia, you got boss rush focused entirely on rng, z3 has some patterns thrown in, and being more dominant in longer avoidance genre, which makes it SO much harder. Not to mention, half of the bossrush is literally avoidances with the original versions being hof-tier. Even though they obviously had to be nerfed, beating them is still stupidly hard and you can go for an actual original game clear after. Once you out of the boss rush, you got your reference to previous game in the series moment boss, which is honestly surprisingly fine and luckily not hard, but do not be fooled by the quality and get baited into z2... Actually, nah, get baited into z2r instead, that one is great.

And then we got your average k3 guest areas stage, which is probably one of the most creative and fun parts of this game. Right of the bat, I'll skip talking about all the needle, because it's all corridors, with a 40 difficulty needleventure mixed in. I'm thankful to kale area for teaching me how to numpad the mini gate though. Anyways, as far as bosses go - half of them are chill, and the other one is hard but... interesting, I guess? Hasi, PDplayer areas are the chill ones. Pierrot is somewhere in the middle due to some questionable, yet with dotkid hitbox and short attacks. And then we have "the rest": TMcreeper is a gradius ripoff, but with a touhou reskin, so it's somewhat original. Once you learn how knife attack works it actually becomes fun to play. Kr01, is a doruppi bootleg, but I don't see anything wrong with that. And at the end we got sasanoke - the hardest of them all! However, the only reason for it being so overwhelming is, unfortunately, rng trash being thrown in a cool looking pattern avoidance. I guess PDplayer really didn't want to overflow with doruppi cloning.

Once done with guest stages, in the pit you fall, regretting you do. This is a very interesting take on m-stage - hey why would you do ftfa clone tier needle in k3, when you could just take gimmicks from the games you already showcased in your medley and reuse them with custom screens? Heck, maybe we could also reuse our z2 yet again and try to create a new pit avoidance! I'm a big fan of the gimmick take, but I don't exactly like how it's realized here. I guess it's all because of the movable blocks screen being somewhat hot speedrun garbage, but oh well, it's nothing compared to... what's to come...

And here it is - the final boss of the game... and the main reason why I really hate this game. The amount of unfairness, insane number of attacks you have to do, somewhat long endurance, and final firetruck you goodbye. It just got everything worth hating. I spent 21 hours, and really "regretted" each second of it.
I was really thrown for a loop if I should go the "this boss is -1000000 out of 10, so the game is 0/10" route, but nah I think I'll just snap the rating in half, I'm lazy.

In all honesty I can see this game being recommended to those who beat k3 and want more, but I would NEVER recommend actually beating the game, it's not a fun time, at least on my opinion.
