This game truly never ends. It is also criminally unknown and honestly one of the best adventure Fangames I've played in quite a while despite the lackluster visuals. It has a central hub, and you need to unlock new areas by exploring stages fully and fighting off BADASS pirates. You'll earn items and weapons along the way to continually progress through the story and discover new areas to explore. It also has 3 endings along with an "all clear" if you decide to keep going and see everything this game has to offer (which is an enormous amount). Unfortunately this game requires a lot of backtracking and possibly some translating here and there to properly understand what's happening, but the download comes with a ton of notepad files to aid in the game's progression and secret finding; specifically the one titled "攻略のヒント2" gives a complete breakdown of the most optimal path through the game towards the best ending. The platforming and bosses range from very easy to a decent challenge, and there is one specific boss that had a SUPER cool concept that could've been incredibly fun with some slight modifications (referring to the Boo boss). This game also has a few puzzle secrets scattered throughout and even a couple full puzzle stages that will surely make you flex the ol' noggin. I spent basically the entire game not knowing what was happening in the story, but the gameplay and humor kept me going for over 25 hours which is utter insanity for a Fangame.
If you can appreciate classic adventure games with sub-par visuals, then this one will keep you going for many, many hours. It's a strong recommendation from me. Note that the "all clear" has some relatively gross post-game parts to it, but everything else was wonderful.

Quite the game, the sheer amount of ideas and unique concepts as well as general creativity booming from this entire game is admirable, it's rare to find a game with such a unique identity that feels like almost it's own unique thing from other fangames. I don't think everything this game does is a hit, there's a lot of repeating sections, a few tedious saves, one boss I really hated, but as a whole the game is definitely worth checking out, it's lackluster visuals hide just how cool it really is and while not a favorite of mine, a sick game regardless. Happy to have played this one.

Massive adventure fangame, beating it is a journey to say the least. The game is very cryptic at times and without a guide you will be extremely lost, despite the fact a lot of the game was tiring and a lot of backtracking, it has so much content to offer and clearly has heart and soul put into the game, I think it's definitely a solid game I just wish it didn't have a lot of the dumb traps in many places where spike just flies at you with no warning, regardless it is an experience that I probably wont forget.
