Very brief and simple fangame, except for two (rather cool) bosses which ramp up the difficulty quite a bit and are too long, so die once and you'll have to grind another four minutes at the least. That might be punishing for a beginner fangame. Still, it is worth a shot. Last screen preserves the tradition of bad translations for NES games. I always laugh with that.

Very nice beginner adventure game. It has a well made atmosphere and good bosses (even if they have a bit too much hp imo). It's sadly not very long (it took me 10 min) but you should give it a try.

I wanna get Freedom is a very brief, simple fangame that is a great experience if you're down to play a short little adventure game that includes bosses, simple platforming and a fun aesthetic to go with everything else! The one issue I have with this fangame besides the length would be the length of the bossfights; they are just a little bit too long for my liking. If you die once, you have to go all the way back to the beginning and it makes them feel like a bit of a slog to get through. Thankfully, I only died once on the bossfights overall so I didn't have to deal with this issue, but I feel that other players might not be so lucky. In general, I would still recommend I wanna get Freedom as it's a simple, fun fangame for beginners.

Cool short Halloween themed adventure game containing nice visuals but simple ideas. Both bosses are well made and deliver a good challenge for newcomers, although as mentioned by a few others they have too much HP so they turn into a mashfast. Overall this is very well made for a short contest game.
Would recommend.
