Based on the contents of the game, alongside part of the readme, I can safely assume there was a part of the maker's mind trying to force him into becoming a needle maker. This was thus made to trick that voice into being appeased temporarily, giving renex time to find a way to patch it with a debugger tool. It's extremely old-school feeling, has goofy save balancing, and is too short to make a large stand.
I genuinely appreciate how even in something like this renex takes the time to put in little touches, such as unique visuals, music, and sound effects. Even in a "meme" game like this, you can tell it's made by an experienced maker who still cares about their work. I also enjoyed seeing the development of the background images used from the showcase channel in IWC, it added an interesting layer to the game that felt like being let in on a secret.

There were a few interesting jumps, though mostly it was 3 screens of generic needle. Also the difficulty balance feels all over the place.

A charmingly aesthetic retro needle packages with some questionable decisions. The second jump of save 2 on the first screen has been mentioned elsewhere, but it really is more difficult than anything else in the game. There are air saves here and there, and most of the levels feel somewhat empty without much to do. The custom death effect is kind of cool. Also on the second screen there appear to be up to two (?) alternate paths, one for a dplane and one for some corner shenanigans. I liked it but wouldn't necessarily recommend to beginners.

Not bad.
I'm a little sorry for renex, but this is probably one of the lowest renex ratings in the game, and it's going to last a long time.
