Pretty amazing adventure game, it's got a ton of unique sections for one with most screens bringing a new idea that feels distinct, and some of the most fun gimmicks I've seen in a fangame, in particular the third stage has this gimmick where you play as a gun and it's lovely, one of my favorite fangame stages and some of the coolest platforming I've seen. Top that off with some great bosses and you have an amazing game, a very impressive show case of brilliant ideas and fantastic level design, highly recommended.

I don't mind an easy fangame. I don't mind a hard fangame. What I do mind is a fairly easy fangame that suddenly ramps up the difficulty and brings the progress grinding to a halt.
The gameplay and aesthetics are serviceable throughout, but stage 3 introduces the most niche and fiddly mechanic I've ever seen in a fangame. Ok, even a dumb gimmick can be forgiven; beat it and move on. But this game has the genius idea to have the whole lead up to a boss fight with this mechanic + auto-scroller + unforgiving needlesque gameplay + obnoxious music. Even a single save point or two would have done wonders in balancing this difficulty spike, but the further you grind your way through, the more you have the sinking realisation that the creator really does expect you to master in real time this dumb gimmick that will never be seen again.
I likely could have gotten through all this eventually, but I couldn't shake the frustration and annoyance. If this game just started at like a consistently difficult level I would have been prepared for the long run, but as it is it just feels like a waste of time dying to a suddenly introduced one-off mechanic repeatedly.
Edit: Upped the rating and decreased the difficulty because it's probably not fair to be so critical because of one flaw.
