A really fun and interesting avoidance with some very visually impressive attacks. Meet the Mom has some downsides that are overshadowed by the good parts. The introduction for example is somewhat long, and you can spend around 15-20 seconds or so just stood still waiting for the avoidance to truly start. There's also an attack somewhat late into the fight that will probably instagib you. Fortunately the majority of it is reactable upon reaching it for the first time, and often really fun to play. I particularly liked the music too, and it did a good job of keeping me hyped and motivated to get through the fight. RNG and pattern are mixed throughout, leaning more towards the RNG side of things which made it ultimately more fun for me.
In addition, the game features a single screen of needle before the avoidance. Nothing too special, and it's more of a build-up to the actual avoidance which I felt delivered a fun challenge. Would recommend to anyone looking for an avoidance that isn't too challenging with some super neat phases!

Six needle stages and a short (~1 minute long) avoidance. The platforming might be a little generic, but I found it to mostly be fun. The avoidance might have been a little too easy, but I still enjoyed it.

I really love this game. The atmosphere is very well crafted and the platforming is so unique and original for a needle game. Hiddow's talent truly shines through this game.
