The one thing I have to say about this style of needle, it really makes you feel like a god. At least to me, this game feels much easier than it looks. That's not to say it's easy, but at times I was breezing through stuff that looked like it should be challenging!
Other than that, the game's really nothing special, it's a good deal of generic jumps. However, I would say that the room design does a pretty good job of making each save feel unique, despite said genericness. It's still not super standout, but it does make the game feel a bit more unique than you might expect.
Honestly, the highlight of the game is the long screen at the end of stage one, it felt like a cool break from the pace, and I wish something similar happened at the end of stage two.
Overall, a pretty fun game that I would say is worth playing. Although, I should qualify that by saying this is the kind of game that shines when you're above this skill level. A player who's right at this level might have a worse time, as this kind of design relies on experience.

Fun little needle game with some cool beginner-friendly screen length saves. I quite like the visuals, the first stage has some cool spike formations and good use of minispikes, the second is a neat line needle stage.

Based on Duo playthrough (with ItzFallenFly) on Master mode (including secret bosses, but not 100 %). Insanely fun adventure, feels fresh even after so many years after release. The only downside is couple of segments (like boss 1 and secret boss 2) and bad engine, that leads to inputlag issue and desyncs. Everything else was awesome, final boss is really cool epic challenge
(Solo playthrough on Medium few years ago was not that fun tho, heavily recommended to play this game with someone)
