very difficult one-room game with some interesting jumps. I’ve decided to tier every room by how much I enjoyed them.
S-Tier:
14 - this room is a masterpiece and was very fun to learn and do effectively. did the save like 3 times in jtool also lol
22 - amazing maneuver, the 3rd best room in this game. only complaint I have is the first jump being quite hard. I didn’t even know a first jump like this would be possible but here we are. I think I beat this one twice more in jtool.
25 - THE BEST ROOM IN THE GAME!!!! I did this like 3 more times in jtool and considered trying a consistency test of this, but that’s very unlikely due to its difficulty. this one took like an hour to beat and ngl I loved it
A-Tier:
4 - the greatest and most genius 4.5; perhaps there could be something more genius but I’ve yet to encounter it
8 - great jump idk what else to say. also quite easy
9 - first jump got fairly consistent, the latter half 1f I got within just a few tries
13 - this got quite fun actually, thanks to these water jumps I ended up understanding water stuff much better
21 - le epic squished double corner idk how this shits even possible
B-Tier:
2 - classic
5 - good because very easy
7 - visually very ugly room but plays somewhat well. first movement is annoying tho and that hinders it from being higher
10 - uncreative but not a very difficult jump
19 - idm this water movement, it isn’t as AIDS-y as the next screen is.
C-Tier:
1 - one of the easiest rooms, this stutter isnt too bad
3 - this jump got kinda annoying cuz idk what i was dying to. i hate shit that looks simple and is actually insanely hard
12 - idk lame jump, highjump frame perfects aren’t that fun though
16 - wasn’t that bad, i liked the downward water low cancel
17 - squished diamond and some valign shit. idk if I found this hard or not looking back at it
D-Tier:
6 - stinky bhop, dont like this movement that much. very ‘bouncy’ jump (?)
11 - this downward sphincter is just not it. more points deducted for no attempt at symmetry and an annoying movement after the downward sphincter. took me fucking forever to figure out its a valign thing, since the downward sphincter isn’t possible at .40 from what I’ve seen (or rather is much much harder)
15 - horrid second jump, an actual atrocity. first jump felt like rng the entire time I played this screen
18 - I had genuinely no idea what I was doing wrong almost the entire time I played this screen, until I realized you had to like 3f off the platform at the latest possible frame. the jump through the plane right after that wasn’t easy either
24 - not that bad of a movement, I was just bored while playing it because of the previous room. not that interesting
F-Tier:
20 - supreme horrendous shitstorm of an idea for a jump. absurdly precise maneuver in the middle. by far the most difficult room in the game, I have no fucking idea what I did to get through, I just hoped for the best. around like 7k deaths in jtool on this one alone.
