I only got up to floor 61 but there were very few actual fun screens. There is very little variety, so much so I thought ever floor was made by the same person. The jumps aren't THAT fun and most of the jumps just end up being falling jumps and are super annoyingly tight. I love a good needle game and I love this idea so keep that up, just I think more creativity with the needle and difficulty balancing is due. Creativity + have wacky pathfinding design for each jump to make it more satisfying.

A beginner's fangame, while extremely easy, manages to never get boring or lacking in content. I really like the idea of a game based on the phobia of the number 8 (which, by the way, is a true diagnosable phobia) and the inclusion of numerous references to this number. Each trial has an objective that you must accomplish. From your typical needle stage to a Pokémon battle, interspersed with a shooting mini-game, the game offers a lot of diversity, and no two stages are alike. Unfortunately, the game's major flaw isn't the stages themselves but rather how they are arranged. On one hand, the first half of the game is filled with platforming trials, while on the other hand, the second half consists of boss fights only. Because of this uneven stage progression, the game doesn't flow very well, and my progression felt interrupted due to the brutality of the second half.
