Cute aesthetic but that's about it. Needle in the first stage is much easier than the second, which takes you through the same screen forwards and backwards while throwing in some really annoying jumps in between. I wouldn't recommend, but I wouldn't advise against playing it.

Really not fun whatsoever. Filled with backtracking and annoying traps, and has pretty bad visuals. It's absolutely beyond stupid to put a save where you need to shoot immediately due to you spawning in the air.

Screen-transition jumps are awful. The rest is fairly decent beginner needle outside of a few egregious difficulty spikes. Average at best.

A very surreal needle experience that you can't really get anywhere else. Only downsides are the required collectibles and the spike structure room, which I had to use a guide for (smallbrained?)
Highly recommended for beginners looking for a different experience.

Cool old-school adventure game with 6 stages. Your typical simple trap platforming with video game references thrown in. Each stage has a boss that are heavily pattern based and will require learning and patience to overcome. Would recommend to those who like old style adventures and don't mind learning boss patterns.

My personal favorite of the Kaenbyou series, and by a good margin too. More care was put into visuals and needle pathing this time and it was pretty fun to play through!
