I will refrain from giving a rating because the game is very much still unfinished, but I will say I found this game so far to be quite disappointing. While the game succeeds at making each screen significantly different than the originals, the execution and enjoyability of them leaves a lot to be desired. The minibosses that interrupt the platforming do not flow well at all, do not let you skip their intro, and some even have non-trivial choke jumps afterwards. Most of the platforming is OK but some saves are obnoxiously long, in particular the +1 blow game screen and the Guy Labyrinth screen. Currently, only stage 1 has a boss and it is both quite difficult and lengthy. I would maybe be OK with something this tough as a final boss, but as a first boss it's a bit much. The fact that it's thematically a Happil style meme boss doesn't give it many points in its favour either.
Overall, I appreciate the idea the game is going for but as it stands now, I think it needs a lot of reworking to be enjoyable.

Rating is only of extra since I forgot the actual game while playing extra.
Extra consists of 6 stages made by each of the creators.
5 of which are just normal needle though quite a bit harder than the actual game, and 1 is easy precision needle with hints.
I quite liked the precision needle, but it is a bit weird to just suddenly appear.
Also the second half of extra has a song with windows pings that drive me a bit insane :(

Rating based on All Clear (100% + Arcade + Achievements + Challenges).
An excellent Metroidvania-like adventure game, with tons of content that, coming from the mind of one single person, is quite impressive. The game has a great distribution between stages and bosses, and a lot of variety for all tastes, from regular platforming to precise needle, alongside puzzle areas and trap sections.
But where the game truly shines is in its post-game content, which is even longer than the main game. Now that you have finished the game and found new items, you get access to new areas in the previous stages. You will be able to fight four additional bosses and explore two whole new areas. The best thing is that the production value didn't drop in the slightest; instead, it got higher than ever!
After conquering the 100%, you can access the Arcade, which is a selection of four guest stages. This isn't the most interesting part of the game, but it is a great challenge for players who want to achieve a 103% completion of the game. There are also a lot of optional achievements, such as beating the first two stages without killing any enemies, or completing the prison break area without getting caught by the cameras. In the Specials, extra challenges are present, but this feature is unfinished, so I won't include it in my rating.

I unfortunately didn't really enjoy the most of the game that much because of the difficulty, but nonetheless I can say the game is pretty well made, the final save was very cool too!
