Pretty fun to turn your brain off and grind hundreds of screens in one session. There is a certain kind of enjoyment I get from these games that I can't get from anywhere else. It's like being in a trance where your head is completely emptied by the monotony of your actions but your body is still performing the needle do disallow you from going totally catatonic. It's not mindless enough to be as tedious as one million gate jumps but not demanding enough to shake you off from that hypnotizing state of existence. Hits a sweet spot that allows you to achieve ataraxia effortlessly and automatically. The game could be a thousand times longer and it would still not be long enough for what it achieves. Would recommend if you want to experience an altered state of consciousness without the means of any recreational substances.

I think the game really holds up to the test of time and the platforming is really good. My issue is with having old school troll type traps, usually at the end of platforming right before a save and some RNG that bosses have. Everything else is exciting and fun, I really like it
