The screenshots are the game as far as I can tell, when you beat the boss the portal turns into a Miku icon but is still unreachable. Maybe I missed something, idk

This felt like a classic adventure avoidance. Where some attacks are too easy to do while having weird and tight attacks harder then the rest of the avoidance. It's a game that you could only do if you like that style of old school.
Despite this, I though it was just ok. Also, you don't die offscreen. So, that's good.
