Really boring. I think the creator tried to be creative after 45 but I don't know. Floor 50 was decent though. Also the title says needle test and you are playing avoidance test at floor 44, so that's nice. Do not recommended.

Unfinished adventure game,
Starts with a needle stage with a few obvious shortcuts before going in an oldschool meme kind of boss.
It technically ends there since going right is blocked, but going left gives access to 1 more screen of needle with the starting point of a few gimmicks.
However, the next needle screen seems impossible to clear, as you would need to get to the top part to access water to pass the right side.
