One of those lucky avoidances that aren't particularly fun unless you enjoy the concept of bad RNG. Has a decent amount of stand-still capability though so that's a plus. It's also one of the easier luckies so shouldn't take you too long.

The water3 is the buggy kind with bad jump refreshing implementation. Other than that, the needle is basically neutral.

There are more spikes in a single room than there are in half the L-Games combined. (It's also somewhat hard for a jump or so in it). The avoidance is pretty short and is pretty special.

I really wish the needle in this game was more finetuned. If it was then I would have rated this game a lot higher. The visuals are decent, although the color resetting once you save was pretty annoying because most of the colors you get are unpleasant to look and you have to keep saving until you get a color thats good for your eyes.
The difficulty balance is all over the place, especially in stage 2. Most of the saves in this stage were very clever, and the pathing goes nuts in the later screens. It's just that they are nearly always ruined by 1 or 2 jumps that are way too precise. This made some of the later screens absolute hell for me to play through. In stage 1 this wasn't nearly as bad as it was in stage 2 but there are still some questionable moments here and there.
In conclusion: Do I think the needle itself is bad? No. Do I think the needle could have been better if it was more balanced and less frustrating to play? Absolutely yes. If the maker had updated the game to make it feel more fun to play then I would have rated it an 8 or higher, but how it is right now I just found it very unfun to play.

Pretty simple beginner avoidance that has a decent length to it, I found it pretty fun. There's four different difficulties, I personally did it on Normal and found it reasonable for a new player, but there's also an Easy mode too if you wish. (Please know the high difficulty ratings by other reviews do it on the highest mode). The attacks are all fair and you can easily first try it, though there's a spot later in that can be rough due to the visuals.

Crimson is a game that gives me a lot of mixed thoughts, I enjoy parts of it and absolutely despise others. It's still an interesting game worth playing at some point, though I wouldn't say it's top-of-the-line at all anymore.
Some of the things I do like involve the main stages, some of the secrets, as well as the final boss. The parts I didn't like involved having to find the secrets which are awfully hidden generally, the bat boss which is just genuinely atrocious, and all of the platforming in the medley/crimson stage since it was highly unenjoyable. I think if you're going to play this game it would be best to have a guide or video on where the secrets are, and would also recommend the same for the final boss if you find it frustrating to learn.
Overall, I've both enjoyed and hated this game. I don't regret playing it but I'm happy it's over. I'd probably recommend it at this point, but who knows if that changes over time.
