Absolutely incredible game. I jumped to this from k2 destination and it was the best decision of my life. Without a doubt the best thing I have ever done in a video game. 11/10.

Edit 3/16/26: Went back and replayed since a final boss has been added. Honestly a super incredible fight. Bumped my score up a bit :)
FTJ is a fantastic avoidance based adventure game (avoidanceventure if you will). The game sends you off on a surreal, meme filled trip through odd landscapes filled with strange characters and stranger yet avoidances. Each avoidance is preceded by a screen of needle (barring an avoidance rush in the middle). The needle is actually fantastic, which was a surprise as it's not the focus. There are a lot of cool gimmicks used, and even the non gimmick needle is creative and fun. One highlight was a unique teleporting jump refresher gimmick. The avoidances are the bulk of the game, and they're a potpourri of weird memes and fun attacks. None of them ever felt particularly unfair (although some got close), and each of them felt pretty different from the others. Sprinkled in amongst the normal avoidances are some cool gimmicks, like a driving section and baseball.
Overall, this is a game with a lot to offer. Not all of it will click with everyone, but I think any adventure lover will enjoy at least something here. I personally enjoyed almost everything. The game has a very odd vibe, with secrets and bizarre memes scattered around, and it creates a journey that's hard to forget.
