Obstructive visuals and one save that's way harder than the rest. It plays like claustrophobic corridor needle. Skip this one if that's not your thing.

Solid 5-screen needle game. No gimmicks in this one. The drops felt easier than usual for Ef games, and the more precise jumps felt better designed with consistency in mind. Or, you know, maybe I just got lucky.

I think this is the game which most closely resembles the essence of what makes "I Wanna Fly the Far Away" "I Wanna Fly the Far Away." Aside from the first jump not being intuitive whatsoever, the game is pretty solid if you're a fan of this style of game. It has Setup-based jumps, but they're typically a bit more lenient than that of what most people would call an "FTFA-Like." The game has a decent amount of 20 difficulty jumps sprinkled in that feel like they exist solely for decorative purposes -- while this isn't a strict negative, I feel it is a bit out of place and kind of exists to pad the length of the saves.
I do think it's a bit weird to include jmaps for each screen as well as a "Practice" mode with more save points, but that's just me nitpicking.
Recommended if you like games which draw inspiration from FTFA, and if you don't, maybe this will help you appreciate them a little bit more? Probably not, though, due to its simple presentation and simple needle design.
