Cool needle with very uncommon spike formations. The last save sucks (it's just 2 corners and a plane) but the rest was enjoyable, especially the screens with platforms.

A really good and short needle game with Dopamine's usual atmospheric aesthetic. I really enjoyed this one compared to Tethys, though there's one segment with a weird dick spike that I just disliked quite a bit, and the last screen is also a bit off the mark from everything else as well.

Edit: The needle is much smoother than my initial review and it holds up a lot better on a replay. (7.5 to 8.0 rating change)
First half was way better than the second. I don't think the needle is very fun because it has a bunch of really small annoyances to me. I'm pretty sure KG will watch my vod of my playthrough though so I won't talk about it much here. I still would recommend this though. Pretty fun overall, especially if you aren't as picky about needle as me. The game is almost there but has some minor annoyances that really hold it back from being truly fantastic imo.

After replaying this game, I've come to not really love it like I used to, it's really really exhausting and bosses are often annoying or unnecessarily long. Final boss literally takes like 4 minutes.
What makes this game special and still worth playing, is that there are many distinct themes and corresponding gimmicks. It's really interesting to explore them, I just wish there were less traps.
