Just for clarification, the title screen says "simple road", but the author and the game file say it's "single road". The game starts easy but gradually gets more challenging, almost frustrating in a couple of spots. Traps become more common, and the level design in later stages is very similar to the original IWBTG. Overall it was kind of fun, would recommend if you're looking for a simple adventure game and don't mind some traps.

There were 3 screens of needle, and the portal on the third screen gave an error message, so I'm not sure if it's broken or it was unfinished at the time. I see there's a remade version, rating is based on this version.

If you enjoy doing 2 minutes of easy needle followed by a double diamond with a fake save, followed by a trap after you do the double diamond, this is the game for you

This game deserves to be among the greats like Kill the Guy, Boshy, NANG and Cultured 2, but doesn't seem very popular for whatever reason. Now that it has been finished, it is one of the best adventure fangames I have ever played. It has the feel of an old western adventure game, mixed with more modern fangame level design sensibilities. While some people won't be able to stand the Yosniper physics, most of the needle in the game is not very precise, and it really shouldn't take more than a few minutes to adjust to the new physics. Also, it feels like some of the parts that were not quite up to par in the old version have been nerfed or changed to be better. All in all, this game had me smiling and enjoying myself the entire time, and considering how hellish 2020 has been, it was exactly what I needed. This is probably in my top 5 fangames, its at least in the top 10. Would heavily recommend to people that want to play a classic feeling adventure fangame.
