Jack: Sorry Elmo I can't stop at the spike jump right now, I'm busy looking for a gate. Elmo: STOP! Jack: Okay, Elmo, I see the spike jump but I have to find a gate! If I stop how can I find a gate? How Elmo? How? Elmo: Stop! Jack: gasp Wait a minute! Look! This spike jump, has one, two glorious spikes, and one stunning space! This spike jump is a gate! We found a gate! Elmo: Yeah yeah yeah! Both: GATE!

Short, mostly fun and easy needle game. Overuses a few jumps, specifically nerfed ledges. Nothing really notable to say, not amazing, not bad, just there. The visual static was a bit much but it wasn't notably overwhelming.

I played through most of this game again recently and wasn't really as impressed with it as I was the first time. While the pathing is consistently interesting, many individual jumps feel repetitive or uninspired, and there are some design elements that get reused to an obnoxious degree (diagonals and apple ledges, for example). It's a good game overall, but feels a lot less polished than it could be.

very fun game and glad it got finished. wish i could understand japanese so i would understand the story more since it seems it actually has a lot going on (maybe english version one day?)
otherwise a great game nice platforming that has good variety and the bosses are well made too (bit too long sometimes, but that didnt bother me)
