This is my favorite game to give to irl friends when they ask about the games I play, just to see them react to the beginning. More fangames should do that kind of thing. Even though I've played a bunch of high level needle, I've never seen anything else give off the same feeling of intense hatred as that which emanates from this game. Also, the boss is pretty fun.

I think Leehe designed the first jump, thought it was pretty cool, and quickly threw together a bunch of other mid-difficulty spike jumps just so he could release it as a game (which is also what he did with Leehe trap).

A needle game where each stage is designed to be an extremely high level implementation of the level design ideas from each world of IWBTG. The meat of the gameplay is the last 4 stages, which are all pretty fun imo. The game's impossible but there's a possible mod out there which everyone uses. Since the creator said he was impressed by my clear video, I'll take that as tacit approval of the mod. The final tower makes for a pretty epic final challenge, and it's the hardest thing I've ever done. There's also a lot of intense needle in stage 7, which requires/benefits from heavy knowledge of needle physics (including a valign jump and some water corners which benefit from a vstring manipulation technique I call "ceiling aligns").
