initially you might take a look at this game and think: “wow this looks atrocious and ugly as all hell, why would anyone play this?” to that I say that you are close-minded. things are not always as they seem — this game isn’t that bad at all and is grossly overhated for no apparent reason. there’s realistically only one bad save (save 3), but the rest is just fine. for one, it has a bunch of interesting ideas for the time; futher representing the development of tomo’s unique precision style. as always with precision games, there have to be at least *some* marginally unfun jumps. save balance is particularly poor: some saves take under 3 deaths whilesome take over 300. it feels like tomo was running dry on ideas for some saves and just resorted to the classic double forced jumpheight. the overall look of the game isn’t too pleasant but it doesn’t actively make the game harder or significantly worse. instead of calling it “ugly” like you would, I’d opt for a nicer word like “unique”

a needle game with a strong sadness emanating from it. the name originates from the fact Red’s birthday is somewhere in late December around Christmas, causing her birthdays to be missed by everyone. it’s a rather somber awareness that makes the game a whole lot more emotional. on top of that: the song, despite being upbeat-sounding, still has a strong sorrowful undertone that I can’t quite describe. the needle is fun and simple. it doesn’t do much of anything interesting yet it’s really enjoyable. it’s peak ‘vibe needle’ and the best way to understand what I’m talking about is to just play it and see for yourself. I know many people won’t find this kind of needle interesting, but I’d suggest giving more of Red’s games a chance. they’re some of the most unique vanilla-style needle games out there

This is supposed to be a joke game, where you see quite a lot of screens of water inverts in a row. The joke is that the surface of spikes works as a block, so nothing can kill you.
Your goal is to hold right key for around 53 seconds. In a complete silence.
Then you get until the clear screen, where you for some reason immediately die, and you also hear Megaman's standard soundtrack. Ah, OK?
I mean, game is definitely Loooong. I got that.
But there is not much to do.
The only funny thing is that all difficulty settings are called as a 'Bifficult'. That is it.
Would not recommend.
