Five enjoyable needle screens followed by a really interesting infinite jumping avoidance. The platforming is nice, with some interesting jumps mixed with some generic jumps used in interesting ways, but the high point of the game is definitely the avoidance. Cute music, lots of interesting attacks, nice use of the infinite jumping and a really interesting design overall. There are some really cool color-change effects on the platforming and on the avoidance, too.
It's a pretty fun and well-made game. Highly recommended.

Short needle game with some pretty fun segments. Some jumps would definitely be annoying if you can't jc or 1 frame, but other than that, it's all pretty reasonable.

Pretty average needle game with an avoidance. Lots of standard jumps you see in a lot of needle games. Although you have the option of skipping the needle and just doing the avoidance if you choose to.
The avoidance is mostly rng but there's only one attack that can straight out smash you just because. The rest of it for the most part is fair and pretty easy.
Overall I would at least recommend the avoidance if you're into them.

Rating based on version 1.3.
Somewhat nerfed version of the original Dotkid. Lengthy saves are shortened, hard jumps are made easier, hard attacks are nerfed (Specially in the left and in the right Miku, where the changes are more visible). The bottom stage doesn't have the upside-down part anymore (Thankfully), fewer cherries fall from the ceiling in the left stage, there are some really harsh changes in the top stage and the right stage's hardest saves are much easier now.
I say 'somewhat nerfed' because many things were left untouched, mainly near the end. I couldn't spot any difference between the bottom or the top Miku and their counterparts in the original Dotkid. Only two Saves were changed in the penultimate stage (At least both changes were quite decent), and the last stage is exactly the same as the one in the original Dotkid. The penultimate and the last boss were also left absolutely untouched.
It's a weird kind of easy mode that would be a lot better if the whole game was equally nerfed. I enjoyed it a bit more than the original version for the most part, but I'm still not sure if I would recommend it.
