Butterscotch Dandy is a needle game heavily inspired by the Uhuhu Spike series, and similarly-styled needle games. I challenged myself to create a different type of needle than usual in that style, and attempted to keep a steady difficulty throughout, although I feel I spiked it in a few saves with some overly precise jumps. In retrospect I would've also liked to have done more with the trigger switches, as well as unsure if the game should've been cut down by a few screens, but ultimately I was happy with the finished result. Have a dandy time!

Very fun needle game with shortish saves and countless original jumps. The music is great and fits the mood, and the visuals are incredible. Saves are generally well balanced with a couple exceptions. I did get stuck on a couple saves for longer than I'd have liked.
Overall it's a great uhuhu style game by one of my favourite streamers to watch :)

Thank you for not restarting music. Thank you for original jumps. Thank you for not impossibly hard needle that requires hours of grinding. Thank you for good music. Thank you for long music. Thank you for not dying when you hit the side or top of the screen. Thank you for appealing visuals.

Really nice homage to the Uhuhu series, while being extremely unique and genuine with its design. Aside from some jumps in difficulty with a few saves, the game was designed well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice game to chill with. Looking forward to more games from the creator in the future.

Extremely fun needle game emulating the style of the Uhuhu Spike games. It does an extraordinary job at mimicking these games while keeping some semblance of uniqueness, which is hard to pull off. There's a secret portal in the game, but it's somewhat obvious and not that hard to reach, and the reward is pretty funny. I can't recommend this enough.

This needle game is one of the better ones, and some aspects of it are really well-thought. One of the main issues with it is the lack of balance : some saves were pretty friendly and rather fun to get, while others felt like homework. There were some choke points that were stress-inducing as well, like that one double-jump gate right after one of the saves, as it's harder than the rest of the part so you're just doing it over and over until passing it, then you gotta control your nerves to try and not pull a dumb to avoid passing it again.
Overall I had a pretty nice experience apart from the fact I had to replay the entire thing because of my save file somehow getting corrupted while I was at the last room.
Would probably recommend if you're an amateur or willing to put some time as a beginner. :)

Visuals : 7.5/10 (pretty minimalistic but does the job well)
Level Design : 9/10 (nothing to say about that, it was just nailed)
