This is surely one of the best fangame I have ever played. I was literally warped from reality into this game. There is no words to descibe it, just try.

250th cleared fangame (still stuck in White and Black's avoidance)

Not only a worthy sequel, but a worthy fangame as well. Just like Run the Marathon standards dictated, multidimensional travelling between original videogame worlds is still the recipe, culminating with an original final stage, not as extraordinary as the final Marathon stage, but still with an idea that works for the final boss. The idea of the final area is not only Reveal Spoiler, but also parodying the wiki flooding of generic garbage and turning the concept upside down. It is pretty intelligent.

In the boss department, half of the times the game is OK, and the other half it is great. The final boss in particular is creative; however, they can be unfair at counted instances.

I cannot believe the Reveal Spoiler stage. My previous PC would have exploded. It is one of the most astonishing moments you will experience in your fangame experience. I could play an entire fangame made just like that!

The other areas are not far behind. Reveal Spoiler in particular captured the original game's vibe with precise fashion, and the Reveal Spoiler world, despite lacking visual appeal, has a terrific level design.

The race hasn't finished yet! It continues in another wacky adventure.

For the record, I couldn't stop laughing with the first stage.

A very well made fangame in every department - the only gripes I have is that some parts felt unnecessarily drawn out with little content, and the bosses felt somewhat unfair.

Amazing fangame. A must play. The last boss was well made but annoying because of the effects.

OMG! THIS WAS THE BEST GAME I'VE EVER PLAYED YET!
Sadly I give it a 9,5 because I don't liked the Kirby part D: But the Boss was nice :D

I really really loved it. Great ideas.

This is truely nearly a perfect fangame that you will never forget because it's so great x3

In my heart it's a 10/10 <3

Warp the Worlds is just simply put, a great fangame. I remember myself smiling throughout the majority of my playthrough, going from one wacky world to the next with something fresh and interesting to experience each time. I'm always kinda hesitant with this kind of setup because any world has the potential to suddenly not be as fun as the rest and end up dampening my enjoyment of the game on a whole, but not once did this happen.

To cover a few without giving all of the game away, a few highlights would be the Shovel Knight world which covered the atmosphere perfectly and made fun use of the shovel gimmick, bouncing on bubbles, dragons and whatnot. The Undertale stage was also replicated really well, although given more time I would've liked to see a few more basic encounters before the boss. The final stage / boss of the game in particular has a very neat effect going on which made for quite the climactic finale. Like I said, there really weren't any dull points for me, and the "intermission" stage halfway through the game will certainly give you something to raise your eyebrows at.

All around, Warp the Worlds is just great. I struggle to find many things wrong with it other than personal gripes with the odd save here and there or distastes with small segments, and I suppose I would've liked to see some form of story or narrative going on to connect it all together, although that didn't detract much. Definitely worth your time!

Improved difficulty curve over Marathon and the level design is much more creative, Terraria and of course the Doom level stick out in my mind. Honestly, the Doom level alone elevates this game to legendary for me just because of how wild it is. However, this game is far from perfect, despite the quality platforming there's some problems with Warp the Worlds that are hard to forgive. One, the Shovel Knight platforming is finnicky and killer on my hands, I dreaded each screen with the bubbles and did not enjoy myself in the least playing through them. The Doom level is incredible, but also too simple and obnoxious to control to be very fun or good in a challenging way. The final boss is cinematic and has a killer OST, but is not fun in the least to fight and the visual distortion mixed with teleportation creates an obnoxious mix that made every death feel unfair or otherwise annoying. A sour way to end an otherwise mostly solid game.

For better or for worse, this game inevitably will draw comparisons to Run the Marathon due to its design style and purpose as the marathon blind race game. For me, I think this hurts it a little just because its predecessor was such a clean, smooth experience.

This game is extremely well produced and polished with some really amazing areas and the bulk of the inspired areas are awesome. The creators did a great job of integrating classic fangame platforming mechanics with the mechanics of the games they were inspired by and the level design met those high standards.

Unfortunately where I feel like it came a little short was the areas around it and those parts felt a little overproduced at the cost of gameplay. The intermission area (which is the name referring to the non-platforming section in the middle of the game) while conceptually amazing was really uninteresting from a gameplay perspective compared to last year. Additionally the metastory and associated areas surrounding the guest worlds were also a bit less compelling which didn't give it nearly the strong finish that marathon did as well.

Still, this is absolutely a must-play for anyone who likes gimmicks and creative crossovers as it executed on these concepts spectacularly.
