Based on True Ending. Beautiful adventure with a great spirit of journey, it's been a while since i got that hooked in game, because of it's atmosphere and gameplay. Visual aestetics are awesome, and i also appreciate variety that game has, both puzzles and gimmicks were incredibly fun and the switching the kids thing is glorious. Metroidvania aspect of this game was very intuitive and nicely delivered, which is pretty warming, since i usually struggle with this kind of things a lot. Bosses were strong part, they are tricky sometimes, but plays out very good, final boss of any% deserves honorable mention. Final avoidance is pretty cool as well
After completion of the game, there is also some Arcade mode, where you play guest needle stages, i tried it and it was very bad tbh, but since it's totally optional content, i will not down the rating because of it

Rating based upon 100% ending:
An absolutely crazy experience that I would recommend to anyone (at least the any% category, that is). Bosses, pathing, platforming and production value of this game are perfected down to the smallest minute detail in Any%, the skill curve of the base game being very well thought out. The final boss is incredibly climactic, and genuinely super fun to play through.
Unfortunately it just really isn't as good when going for 100%. It becomes kind of a random mixed bag when going through 100%, some areas being stellar and memorable, and others not so much. One of these areas I'm convinced was made as a joke, the gameplay seems so intentionally tedious and horrifically annoying that it's unironically up there with one of the worst stages I've ever played, and significantly dampened the experience.
Would absolutely recommend the Any% to anyone looking for a fun time, but that one stage in 100% makes it so I really cannot in good conscience recommend a full completion. Regardless, you'll enjoy the grand majority of this game (most likely).

An excellent Metroidvania-like adventure game, with tons of content that, coming from the mind of one single person, is quite impressive. The game has a great distribution between stages and bosses, and a lot of variety for all tastes, from regular platforming to precise needle, alongside puzzle areas and trap sections.
But where the game truly shines is in its post-game content, which is even longer than the main game. Now that you have finished the game and found new items, you get access to new areas in the previous stages. You will be able to fight four additional bosses and explore two whole new areas. The best thing is that the production value didn't drop in the slightest; instead, it got higher than ever!
After conquering the 100%, you can access the Arcade, which is a selection of four guest stages. This isn't the most interesting part of the game, but it is a great challenge for players who want to achieve a 103% completion of the game. There are also a lot of optional achievements, such as beating the first two stages without killing any enemies, or completing the prison break area without getting caught by the cameras. In the Specials, extra challenges are present, but this feature is unfinished, so I won't include it in my rating.

One of the best games I have played in a long time. From the platforming to the bosses and extra content this game was an incredible adventure with puzzles an avoidance and good bosses. The final boss was amazing. Had to be broken in parts because of the difficulty I guess but even after beating the final boss it opens the game up to other areas like space and an avoidance. I'd recommend.
