The more I look at this game the less I like it. I'm still very surprised anyone liked it at all, let alone most people loving it. I wouldn't call this my strongest work, but it's also far from my worst.

I thought it was an incredible needle game, both in scope and difficulty. A lot of the game is really well designed and enjoyable even for me, and I am not very good at these sorts of high difficulty game. The music picks, occasional gimmicks, and graphics really help to make the game feel special, somewhat similar to Wonderful's games, but with a style all its own. I very rarely got frustrated by levels, even when they were testing my limits. All that said, I can't say in good faith that I had fun the entire time. I am of the opinion that this game's difficulty has been underrated by the other reviews on this site, and its much closer to a 90, mostly because of only 1 or 2 screens. The average game is probably closer to the difficulty put down by others (at the time of this review, the difficulty scale was at 82.3), but man, those few levels were really hard. I also think their was some abusive instances of jumps requiring very specific, borderline frame perfect inputs, usually at the beginning of saves but not always, that came off as more annoying than enjoyable. I still think that the game is worth playing if you are good enough for it. You might want to look up a video for some of the harder screens though.

Skulldude
Amazing 100 floor needle game, heavily inspired by Wonderful's works and it's very noticeable too. Impeccable design in the platforming and the bosses feel incredibly fun all throughout, the soundtrack is also one of my favorites in any fangame and even with visuals being kept rather simple for most of the game it makes the needle stand out more and just fits in with each theme/setting. Without a doubt, a game I'll find myself replaying a lot and recommending to anyone looking for a challenging yet very good game.

Figure like that holds up the mantle well. Great variety of bosses, needle, some gimmicks framed nicely with music and good theming. A must play! based_real
