When it comes to cleverly pathed needle games, this is probably the best of the best. Sunlao is a master of interesting design when it comes to your route around a screen (or screens), and combining this with a variety of gimmicks and segments spanning multiple screens, I'd say this is his peak.
Important to note that despite this being called 'EasyVer', I'm of the opinion that this should be the normal version and the normal version should be called 'HardVer' or something. This game is by no means easy and putting aside the galaxy brain pathing, the platforming itself will prove to be a fair challenge for any needle player. The original version seems to be very over the top at times in difficulty, which I feel gets in the way of Sunlao's design. Still, I have only watched pieces of it so I can't form a solid opinion on it, but regardless I believe this to be the superior of the two versions.
QoQoQo 300 spans 100+ floors, some of which stretch across multiple screens and make use of gimmicks such as gravity changing, screen-wrapping and other classic gimmicks such as vines and water. You'll be tested in a lot of areas of needle here, but most importantly your attention towards pathing. Many times you'll have to question where you're headed, and take caution as to not save somewhere you've already been.
Thankfully, this version provides maps in the game folder to assist you with. These are pretty helpful although not necessary, but I'd say the final maze of the game is immensely aided with the provided map. The final maze took almost half of my playtime, and features some paths that ascended beyond galaxy brain.
In regards to the negatives, some of the vine segments are a bit awkward to pull off and on the vine-centric floors, a couple of saves were really not fun to play. This isn't always the case, but it's the part I noticed the most frustration with. Parts of the cube stage were also a bit unpleasant, either in regards to save length or transitional-drops. Still, the highlights far outshone the downsides.
A definite recommendation to any needle fan who doesn't mind putting some brain power into their play session.

This game at this point is iconic, it was one of those games I always knew about but never played until now, and after playing it I definitely see why it's so well regarded. The way the game is structured is awesome, each stage begins with 6 normal screens before a 2x2 maze with pathing based on the gimmick of the stage. This structure is awesome, it make the game feel engaging without constantly pushing the player to think about exactly what they are doing and it's consequences for 100 rooms. The gimmicks that get introduced are nice too especially as the game goes on, I really like the cycle stage and adore the buff/debuff stage, in particular the 2x2 maze in that stage was my favorite part of the game. After that you get the wackiest stages, the screenwrap stage is pretty sick to play, the cube is super creative and I liked it more than I expected, and of course the final stage is legendary. This thing is awesome that it even exists and is definitely one of the all time best needle making feats.
The main thing that would detract from this game for me is the needle itself, there's just a lot of sections where I think the gameplay isn't super interesting to execute or it just feels a bit simple, I definitely wouldn't call it generic but this is definitely something you play for the pathing and not the raw needle. I used a guide for the final stage and for that reason the experience of playing it was a lot weaker than some of the other parts, so I think that should be something you consider when playing this. Still this game is awesome, super impressive, and deserves the status it has.

This game made me realized how much of a genius sunlaoqq is with pathing needle. The floor part of the game was very neat with something separating each set of 10 floors, with the last 4 floors being connected so you have to figure out the path with each of the 4 screens. Then, the cube part comes in and the way you have to turn the cube to make the portal accessible was such a great gimmick that more fangames should have. The last giant maze screen is so big with not too difficult jumps, but figuring out which gravity gimmick you need to reach the next save till you reach the finish line made a rough journey.
For anyone who likes needle and puzzles, play this game. It might have a few annoying saves, but it feels so worth it to jump past all the screens and reach for the clear.
