Very solid, mostly classic 100F needle game. Minimal frills but it does what it sets out to do very solidly.
The aesthetics change every 5 floors, giving a nice variety of visuals and music to keep it fresh. The music fits well and the visuals are clean and clear, the most important aspect for a needle game. There's some very minor concerns here or there, but nothing that really stands out.
As a pure needle game, the platforming is of course the heart of the game and Makedounia has established themselves as having a very consistent style and very reliable platforming. This game is no different in that regard, though it is much harder than their other productions. The style is very much well polished jtool needle - utilizing only the standard gimmicks but mixing and matching them with interesting design and layouts, with consistent style changes to keep the platforming fresh and fun.
The one drawback I found is every now and then you'd hit a single jump that is curiously precise or difficult relative to the surrounding platforming. The difficulty curve is that it starts a bit lower but feels like it peaks out pretty early on in the 30-40s and stays fairly consistent from there on besides an occasional slightly harder or easier save, but only the aforementioned handful of jumps really breaks the curve in any notable way.
Overall, its a very good pure needle game. In the year of the new gimmick needle, it stands strong enough showing that traditional needle still has its place and if that's your jam and this is in your preferred difficulty range, its absolutely worth the play.

I didn't realize how long 100 floors would take to get through lol. Visuals and music are all nice. The platforming for the most part is well-designed but I feel like starting in the 60's (could be sooner, I did take a hiatus in the middle of playing) there started being some awkward precise or semi-precise jumps that make a NOTICEABLE hit to the flow and enjoyability of the game. The worst offender being that one vine jump on the bottom of screen 67 like wtf is that?!?! So yeah I was generally totally enjoying myself from floors 1-59 and thought of this game as an easy recommendation. I started not enjoying myself as much from floors 60-90. Then, when the game hit floor 91 it went to feeling unimaginably easy in comparison (note: in comparison, not ACTUALLY easy) to floors 60-90 as it seemed to do away with the more precise jumps at that point. That made my opinion of the game go back up but then I hit floor 100. I didn't expect floor 100 to be such a POPOFF and it was easily my favorite part of the game and shot my opinion of the game up even more. Do I recommend this game? I'm not exactly sure. This isn't the first needle game I've played with some weirdly precise jumps thrown in the middle, but it is the first one that actually impacted my enjoyment of the game with them. I've heard such a thing is rather common and people typically just deal with it. I typically like to find needle games that I feel I would enjoy replaying and the weird jumps in this one make me feel averse to doing that here. I don't really want to recommend a game that took such weird hits to my enjoyment at random times to other people but if you're looking for some fangame needle that doesn't super push the line difficulty-wise to keep you occupied for a while this game is good for that. The game is sort of a mixed bag but technically speaking there are far more enjoyable saves than unenjoyable ones and I may just be focusing on the parts I disliked a bit too much. I would say this is ultimately up to you to try playing the game and judge for yourself. You could always quit as soon as you get to something you don't like. You're not obligated to finish a game. Reminder Floor 100 is a big popoff and my favorite part of the game and to some that may be an enticing thing to try the game out for but keep in mind this is still basically just a jtool game so don't expect anything SUPER fancy.

Excellent 100 floor game that manages to make basic needle design work without needing any sort of gimmicks.
If there's anything that drags the game down a bit, it's that it feels like there are a number of saves, especially later on, that just aren't especially inspired compared to the rest. Take for example the first save of floor 88 -- it's basically just a few generic jumps and nothing else (hell, it even begins with a corner). Most of the game is quite creative, but every now and then you get a save like this that just comes across as filler, the sort of thing you've played a million times before in other needle games.
As kurath mentions, there are also a number of unnecessarily grindy jumps. I never felt like any one save was a real wall, but I think the game could have benefited from having another tester or two to smooth over stuff like this.
And this is more of a personal preference, but there were a few too many saves that began with a full jump into a vine. Started to feel repetitive after a while, and full jumps at the start of a save are never great to begin with.
Anyway, other than these nitpicks I really enjoyed the game and it's probably the best thing Makedounia has made so far. Great music choices, too. It's well worth playing for anyone who enjoys needle, I'd say.

The music is addictive and I loved the needle. I spent 50 mins. trying to get thru the first floor and gave up after 753 deaths. lol. I kept playing because I enjoyed the music. I'm not a needle fan but I enjoyed playing this game for the songs.
UPDATE: After 400 more deaths I reached floor 4. I'm giving up for now. lol.

As its name, it's a 100-floor needle game.
The difficulty increases slowly as you conquer more and more levels, but an exception is that in 90-99. Maybe that's because there are more save points.
I spent 8094 deaths and 9h12min42s to clear this game.
