fairly long needle game with a good amount of not-too-difficult but certainly different stages. definitely best enjoyed with extra, as that’s a good chunk of some of the game’s best needle. extra isn’t too far of a stretch in difficulty from the main game.
as for the individual stages, the game follows a fairly reasonable difficulty curve that makes progression steady and logical. the general needle style I’m not a huge fan of, but at this difficulty is tolerable and I’d even go as far as to say it works very well. imo when this needle gets to a certain difficulty, it just begins to feel like pure memorization. this game does approach this level of needle bullshittery near the end of the last stage, the triple jump tower. the pathing gets quite complex and annoying to figure out. this is purely a me thing, so your experience is likely going to vary. I’m a bit of a self-proclaimed “needle boomer” and I don’t like needle that’s a little too experimental for my taste.
other than that, this game’s great and easily enjoyable. would recommend!

Good needle game, it feels pretty good to play, particularly with the main game, the extra is slightly weaker. I enjoyed most of it, in particular the stage by Jhoalk was maybe my favorite part of the game, but I definitely think the main content is where the game shines, very fluid, very smooth, and very fun. It's not gonna blow your mind but if you can enjoy just simple needle then you'll probably like this. Fun and chill.
