One of the 6 music-themed games that were made for the 'I Wanna Live Party 2013' event. The games that were featured (according to this: https://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv152963325):

This game's .exe shows 09/09/2013 date, although the game was played by other people a bit later that month (most likely the event was held later on).
As for the gameplay, this game is very short, consisting from several stages, that each have like few screens at max. It is very easy game (author mentions in one of the readme files that it was done so that people would see the game in entirety), however, it does feature quite a lot of unique things in it (despite being primarily trap-oriented). In the Megaman stage you can shoot to make platforms ; in other stages you have unusual shapes for the water ; and each stage begins with the giant circle consisting of image that somehow represents the following stage.
In the very end you have an infinite avoidance that has 2 phases - 1st phase which can be beaten, consisting of different sprites used in the game, and 2nd phase which just infinitely shoots the nicknames of all people who participated in the 'I Wanna Live Party 2013' event.
I have beaten this game twice - once in 2022 and in 2025. I did enjoy this little game, despite it not being necessarily the best. You will beat it very fast, but it has some things that you will probably remember. And that was pretty charming for me. Especially the infinite avoidance part is unique indeed.
None of the games of this event were released publicly, but if you do have this game, then I would say that it is worth trying out.
Would recommend.

Had trouble with the spikes blending with the blocks, but this is definitely a step up in difficulty compared to Amethyst (not extreme) and emerald.
The one screen saves can be long to do here but only one or two jumps can be tricky to do in each one at most.
