I think the longer this game went on the less I liked it, doesn't do anything terrible but I just felt over time it got less interesting.

Duloxetine is a fun atmospheric needle game. The game has an emphasis on catharsis water and cycles, creating very flowy gameplay. Despite that, it also has segments of "corridor needle" except emphasized into something really cool via gimmicks. I particularly liked the stumble themed area, and the final area. The weakest point for me was the keypick stage, I just felt like the gimmick was used in boring ways (e.g. generic needle with "hp" except not enough to skip most of the generic needle), and there were some awkward segments.
Overall, I would highly recommend this game to needle fans. The atmosphere is immaculate, and the gameplay is really fun through almost the whole game.

Pretty alright needle, there's some pretty cool stages especially in the middle although nothing really jumped out at me as super enjoyable. Just a generally pleasant game overall.

Really cool game, the dopamine inspiration works really well although the platforming itself differs a lot from their work. It's pretty nice to play and I really like the general atmosphere.
